Our Casarecce Del Giardino is exactly that: a vibrant, garden-inspired pasta that celebrates the colours and flavours of the season – and is available on our Lunch Set Menu.

🌿 Light, Fresh, and Full of Character

This dish brings together a medley of courgette, peppers, peas, and cherry tomatoes, combined with our house tomato sauce and fresh casarecce pasta. It’s a dish that feels both comforting and light — perfect for a summer lunch or a relaxed evening meal.

🧄 The Heart of the Dish: Our Sofrito

Every great Italian dish begins with a great base — and for us, that’s our sofrito: a fragrant blend of garlic, chilli, parsley, and extra virgin olive oil. This sets the tone for the dish, adding warmth, vibrancy, and just the right amount of depth.

We carefully add the vegetables in sequence, making sure each one retains just a little bite — because texture matters as much as taste.

🍅 Building the Sauce

Once the veg is perfectly cooked, we bring in the soul of the dish: our house tomato sauce, followed by just a touch of cream. The result is a sauce that’s rich but not heavy, bright but balanced — a beautiful partner to our pasta.

🍝 Pasta That Brings It All Together

We finish the dish with al dente casarecce, a twisted pasta that’s perfect for catching the sauce. Once in the pan, the pasta begins to absorb all that flavour, tying everything together into a cohesive, crave-worthy bowl.
